Band Bio - Sheree Wilson – Joint lead vocalist

Introduced to singing by her Grandparents' keen interest in country music, Sheree began her journey as an entertainer at the age of three. By the time she reached the age of 14, the NZ Country Music scene considered Sheree, to be a professional entertainer having earned this right after winning numerous awards.

Sheree continued her passion for singing through her late teens to her early thirties having gained the position of lead singer in varying bands and making appearances at a variety of events and venues. At times several of these Bands were working 3-5 nights per week.

Thats Country - 5 years 3 to 4 per week from 1985 - 1990 Soul Ambition, 2 years, 2 to 3 night per week , from 1991 – 1993, De Ja Vu - 3 1/2 years,  4 to 5 night per week from 1993 – 1996.

Throughout this time she developed her own unique style of singing, gradually moving more towards Blues & Soul, and since joining with Blue Collar Band (by pure chance) in 2006, Sheree has perfected a unique sultry/soulful style from having such Influences as Aretha Frankin, Janis Joplin, Etta James, Tina Turner, Tracy Chapman and Joss Stone.
